Then the rock asked the sun if he liked how he looked.
The sun replied, "Sure, but your hue's a bit muted for my taste."
The rock thanked him for his honesty and bathed in the sky's rays until he was bleached pale.
Then the rock asked the pebble if he liked how he looked.
The pebble replied, "Sure, but you're a bit big in my opinion."
The rock thanked him for his honesty and rolled around in the sand until he was smaller.
Then the rock asked the sand if he liked how he looked.
The sand replied, "Sure... but which one of you asked that?"
